The manufactory needs fifteen <em>working<\/em>\u00a0days to make your order, and then ship.<br \/>\nAll items are regularly consolidated for export to Johannesburg, South Africa, from where we distribute.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Please feel free to communicate with us at <a href=\"mailto:boots@shashe.co.za\">boots@shashe.co.za<\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> with any enquiries about your order if you are concerned, but please bear in mind that your order is being made specifically for you and, together with the process of exporting to South Africa and then distributing, this takes time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>RETURNS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">We will make every effort to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered and, if footwear, that it fits. To this end we strongly recommend that\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.courteneyboot.us\/wp1\/fitting\/\"><span class=\"s2\">you follow the fitting guidance on the website most carefully,<\/span><\/a> provide as much information as possible, and help us with your best judgement. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Courteney regrets that it is unable to offer a refund on footwear that has been made on a sole that is not workshop standard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In the event of your wishing to return an item please email <a href=\"mailto:boots@shashe.co.za\">boots@shashe.co.za<\/a> for return instructions. Your return should be made within 28 days of date of invoice. If the item is returned and is not in a fully re-saleable condition Shashe reserves the right to refuse a refund, or to deduct up to 20% from the original selling price from the refund amount.<\/p>\n<p>This does not affect your rights \u2013 we will <strong>refund your original delivery charge<\/strong> if the product has a manufacturing defect, <span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.courteneyboot.us\/wp1\/fitting\/\"><span class=\"s2\">but not when it does not fit<\/span><\/a><\/span>, or is not wanted.<\/p>\n<p>All sale or discounted products are final sale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>CANCELLATIONS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Should you wish to cancel an order placed online with Shashe please email <a href=\"mailto:boots@shashe.co.za\">boots@shashe.co.za<\/a>.
